This is an advanced version of the high-frequency power supply device "MK16A type." By digitizing the control mechanism (FPGA: field-programmable gate array), it enables support for a wider variety of production compared to existing models. It is also possible to record operational data independently from the power supply unit, thus addressing customers' requests for "preventive maintenance." It can be manufactured in a wide output range (50 to 1200 kW) for small to large components.
